10/11/2004: "More paperwork in"

We have sent in our updated medicals which should be the last step on our part in getting our court date. This may or may not be the last paperwork we have to do depending on when the court date ends up being. The medicals you use in court have to be dated within the 3 months prior to the court date. If our court date ends up being our passed the end of december we will have to redo our medicals before traveling. Not a huge deal, just an added expense.

Crystal has attended 2 baby showers now and Lidia's room is coming along quite nicely. Now that it's in shape I think i'll take some pictures and post one or two on here. We've got her crib and dresser all setup. We added a bookshelf and a glider rocker we already had. Just a few more things we would like to add to the room like a toybox/shelf otherwise it's pretty well set.

It's great to see how happy and anxious everyone is about Lidia, it's an awesome feeling to know everyone is supporting us so much.

So now we just have the wait for the court date, we are trying to keep busy with projects around the house and other things to keep our minds occupied. It's not easy but it's certainly going to be worth the wait!
