07/11/2004: "I suppose it is time...."

I suppose it is time to add another entry. I know it has been a while, but it has been a crazy month. We were not home for a little over a week as we went to Michigan to be with my family. My father passed away on June 17 and things have not been easy 
On the adoption side, we have received our approval to adopt from the Department of Homeland Security and now we are just waiting for a referral from our agency. The waiting is getting difficult already, and it hasn't even been very long. We hope to get a referral yet this summer, but only time will tell.
We bought the paint for the baby room, so I hope that we will paint that soon... Otherwise we are just going about our regular business, anxiously awaiting "the call" ......
