05/10/2004: "update"

Well we got the flooring put in and picked up the wood for trim/ledges/window casing. We did a short notice trip to MI last weekend so we fell behind about a week or so, but we should be able to get the room finished up this week. Just some varnishing/painting, a few cuts and them some installation and the room will be finished.

Then the big move to get all the computer related stuff downstairs.

Then we start the baby room! We plan to paint the room and put up some wall decorations, not sure what all yet, we don't want to overdo it though.

We should have our homestudy report this week so we can send that on to our agency, then there is just a bit more paperwork to fill out and get notorized and apostilled and our dossier will be complete! At that point we'll be officially on the list, so by the end of the month or sooner we should be to that point.

Wow things are moving fast!

Looks like rain all week so lots of time to work on the rooms.
